Advancements in sequencing technology and per sample cost reductions are driving rapid adoption of NGS by labs all over the world. Complementary software solutions are a critical enabler for raw data processing and biological discovery, and new cloud-based platforms provide scalability and ease of use. In this webinar, learn how IBM Aspera and BlueBee offer secure and compliant cloud data analysis solutions to meet existing and emerging needs in genomics.
If your organisation develops breakthrough treatments, or has global researchers with labs and medical facilities – they need to quickly process, analyze and securely share large volumes of scientific & clinical research data. As the leader in bulk data movement, IBM Aspera helps life sciences companies accelerate their R&D with superfast, secure big data transfers to and from anywhere in the world.
Topics to be discussed include:
- How to achieve distributed genomics applications with a unified solution
- Achieving data compliance for GDPR, other country-specific regulations and the upcoming IVDR
- How a core, robust platform may be efficiently configured to achieve your unique data flow and ecosystem
When: Thursday, June 13th, 2019
Time: 10am EDT / 3pm BST / 4pm CEST
The webinar will be available on-demand after this date.
